I'm free every weekend except April 8th-11th. I'd prefer a get out early and come home late scenario rather than an over-nighter this time around. Ojai or Ventura sounds sweet. I'm down for Saturday March 27th or Saturday April 3. I led the way last time. Who wants to take the lead this time? :burnrubber:

sounds good jamie, an all dayer works for me. camping back in lockwood right now would still be pretty cold. ruler is gonna lead the way this time, he knows some great spots off highway 33. we just have to figure out a weekend that works for everybody. maybe if we plan far ahead more people can go, like saturday April 24th...

From SB it would take you about 15 minutes to get to the start of it.

Take highway 154 west towards Santa Ynez, take a left on West Camino Cielo, and then take that past the shooting range as far you feel comfortable. It's a 2-3 hr drive along the ridge separating Santa Ynez and Santa Barbara. If you take it all the way to the end you can take a right and head down the mountain towards Santa Ynez and highway 246. If you take a left at the end of the road you'll go down the hill towards Refugio Beach and 101. We did that route in reverse since we started in Santa Ynez. It's a blast. Do it up!

April 3 or 10 works best for me if anyone can pull that off. April 24th is the first Saturday my fiancee won't be working a 12 hr shift at Cottage Hospital. I think we have something planned but I can't remember  . If April 3 or 10 doesn't work for everyone, that's fine. I want the day that most people can go even if I can't. The bigger the group the better.
