Greetings all. First post here. Placing in 2nd gen forum vs. wheels/tires in hopes of getting a better response specifically from 2nd gen owners.

I have done the chalk test several times and not trusting the outcome. Tire shop set them at 35psi. I immediately dropped them to the 29psi recommend in door as a starting point. The chalk wears off the middle (front and back) but not the sides, which would indicate over inflation. Trouble is, I think 29psi is pretty low. Seems like I've read somewhere that 32-35psi is most common. Most of the Revo's I see on cars around parking lots are always worn out in the center/over inflated. Is it possible this tire's design is such that the chalk test is not accurate or should I decrease it even more? They're riding pretty soft as it is. BTW, they're P265/70/17's on a TRD Sport.

Many thanks in advance for the opinions as well as for all the great mods that have taken ALL of my time and money the past two weeks! :D
