    I like PreRunners and they have their purpose, but I think the 4x4 "pedestal" exists as de facto proof that having the goods is more important than appearing to have the goods. Which is exactly why I roll debadged.

    I pulled a lifted prerunner out from being stuck axle deep in the sand last week. He was worried i would get stuck to0... nice when you can spin your front wheels... if you want a 2WD then get a five lugger...

    Douchbaggery comment. See my post above. Prerunners are quite capable trucks on fair off road trails. More so than a 5 lugger. Some people need the extra clearance, but not the front diff. Others may like the look. Its up to the guy whos handing the money over.

    prerunner because i like not knowing if it will make it, thats half the fun to me :eek: and being young insurance is too much for a 4x4
