    depending on the rain situation there is a fair amount of mud. there are alot of technical sections(washouts) some that are really gnarly! there is a bunch of sugar sand. a nice clay pit with some decent hill climbs. and an old railroad with some real good hill climbs. other than that miles of trails to ride. see map on first post!:)
