I'm looking forward to it. The OPs of both of these threads could have gone about it in a better way, instead of insulting members of this forum in their first post who enjoy building their rigs and who really wheel and use them.

Which was a knock on the OP of that thread. Well done.

So now we have two competing threads about why 9K bumper mounted winches are pointless. Why all the winch hate? Oh, yeah, it's 2020. Never mind. lol

True. Everyone has different goals and preferences. There's no reason to crap on someone else for having equipment you don't feel is necessary.

Lol! I could understand an honest question. But, to follow it up with some snarky comment about a Jeep being better off-road was silly. Jeeps are awesome, but they're not for everyone.

It seems the OP has completely disappeared after starting this thread, if I'm not mistaken.

OP could have ditched the last two paragraphs in the 1st post if it was a serious inquiry.

I think I’m my area I would rather have a winch in most cases... lots of the places I go are really narrow and aren’t rope type areas.

I’m curious as to how this played out. Did you catch him before he split? I can only imagine the fun and games that would ensue were I to catch somebody in the act of such a brazen example of, for lack of a better term, idiocy.
