Maybe its just "caines" out here......All I know is the food is only good for throwing at your neighbors. we got some once, and it was shit.....worse than shit. I tried to give a peice to my dog, and it started licking its ass. HOW THE FUCK BAD does something have to be, for a dog to say "Nope! Thanks, but Im gonna lick my ass...."

both of my dogs hate the smell of beer or wild turkey, or any alcohol, I guess. They will eat/roll in chicken, goose, deer, or bear poo though. I'm thinking whatever a dog doesn't like, I shouldn't like. But if they like something (chicken, goose, deer bear poo..) I should stay away from it too. I'm confused:confused:

A book any pet owner should read, http://www.rawmeatybones.com/index.html

It goes into how dog food was created as a temporary food, kind of like how MRE's are for soldiers in the field who don't have access to "real" food. Animals are used to eating raw, uncooked meats, vegetables, etc. Like the myth chicken bones are bad for animals. No. Cooked bones are worse for animals than raw. I feed my English bulldog raw chicken bones all the time, along with mixed food such as, oatmeal, spinach, carrots, apples, etc. Can't beat a guy with a PhD in animal science.

Bottom line, dry dog food=processed shit. All of it. It would be like you eating ramen noodles your entire life. You'll live, but not long, and not healthy.

    My 2c.

If anyone is interested, this is the formulas that have been passed down through generations of hunting dog training. Our GSPs average 18 years. One went to 22. Not sayin this is the best approach, cause all the dogs are different, but this is how we start them out.

    https://sites.google.com/a/fergsoft.com/files/Raw%20Feeding%20Planner.xlsx

And we do dog food when we are on trips and stuff. When raw is difficult. We have this table of allowable foods and cost/weight.

    https://sites.google.com/a/fergsoft.com/files/Dog%20Food%20Types.xlsx

Measurements are all in grams/kilograms (you Canadians will be happy abooot that.)

Eggs beaten into beer? Is that what you're implying? Very interesting concept though.
