    1. This forum is I think more used and updated that many other manufacturers forums which means more problems are known.
    2. People are complaining little babies.
    3. Every vehicle has issues, mines been awesome at 30k, pretty much no issues knock on wood. Knock knock.
    4. Every person interprets and feels things different. Yes my gears howl, my interior rattles, my trans hunts at times but nothing like people explain. I think it’s how you drive the truck. I drive my truck hard but I’m also meticulous at maintaining it so it’s working out so far.
    5. I owed a new Chevy Colorado before this and it was a complete POS but I could have gotten a Lemon, probably not tho haha.

I like to think the 3rd gens are the people at the party that nobody remembers inviting. They showed up at some point, started drinking your beer, trying to arm wrestle everyone and end up turning your furniture upside down and stealing all your forks. You will never forget that person

The self-aware third gen owner asks not why he does what he does, only that others understand it is not he who chose to steal the 30 rack of keystone light, but an inner calling to bring others to his level and bring about recognition of transmission issues and leaking rear diffs. Ho 3:17

I would like to see a wrap or decal depending on the amount of complaints of complaints on the complainers Tacoma. Then everybody could see what the owner has to complain about. On their truck.

My only complaint is that I wish I was better on working on automotive.

I wish I knew how to change my own fluids
Fix stuff and be confident about it
do my own mods and not royally fuck it up

Here is my 2 cents, after being on here, and also, being a toyota owner for a few decades, yes, I said decades..
I have a 3rd gen, and love it. Its a truck!!! you want smooth ride and all that, go buy a car. A truck should ride rough, and remind you what it means to ride a horse. I think, many here are borderline OCD , and spend more time either modding, or working on their trucks, and not just enjoying the HELL out of them.
Again, my 2 cents. I love the truck and this forum, and have met some pretty cool people, and one day,. hopefully, in person.
I will take a Toyota, no matter its issues, over any other vehicle. I had a 4Runner that I ran it out of water, and it ran still, I was dumb and the truck forgave me.

I would like to see the banner for Tacomaworld changed to:

grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference...or just say fuck it and buy the freakin Ridgeline I should have gotten in the first place.

Don’t make me sell my truck and buy a 2nd gen just to get out of this forum
