Cut out the stock muffler and resonator, replaced with flowmaster 44. The truck sounds amazing now. I can't decide if I want to cut the tail pipe on the turn down after the axle or just leave it

Dude you gotta hear it though. It's like perfect. I'm afraid if I chop it I won't like it as much or it'll be too loud. But I do like the cleaner look of a chopped tail pipe

I just imagine it'll be louder due to sound waves bouncing off the pavement and undercarriage

If you like it, don’t fark with it. Any pipe change will affect the sound, only question is how much.

That's what I'm thinking too. But on the other hand it only like a foot maybe 1.5ft I'd be cutting off. The part that concerns me is the turn down making it too loud because the sound waves bounce off the pavement and the undercarriage

Cut it nice then. If you don’t like it, you can get it welded back on.

Btw, not sure if you are going to like the flareless look when it’s not lifted. Hopefully you can get them off without breakage. Also, don’t forget, after that much time, the paint condition under the flares may be very different.

Gunna do a little experiment this evening. I ordered 4 of these babies to see if they'll fit my trd or wheels. If they fit, I'll likely plastiderp the wheels all black. Got this idea from a TTC member at the Kemah meet but he didn't use these center caps. He popped the Toyota emblem off his center caps and glued a TRD logo on each one.

My shits been together. I literally have been on my best behavior for at least 6 months and was berely active the day shit hit the fan. It was a bs move shrouded in bs drama, perpetrated by bs people, for bs reasons. But I'm over it. Moving on.
