Why can't the Tacoma have the Tundra rear power window???

    I had a Tundra CrewMax prior to my Tacoma...window was great, but even cracked a couple inches for a mile or two, the entire interior was coated with dust.

    Well it’s hard to speak in general terms for everyone just like it is for the Tacoma owners. Unfortunately it’s an older vehicle which is why sales are probably lower. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t a group of people who would appreciate having an option to buy bumpers or armor.

    the hardest part is that the entire sheet metal is different to accommodate the seals and window tracks. it's almost easier to cut off the rear of an older tundra cab, and replace the rear of the tacoma cab entirely. that would solve the window issue, but lead to a ton of interior finish part issues that would take a bunch of custom work.
