Why did my MPG go down

    Quite a bit of misinformation in your posts regarding tacoma leaf springs sir. You seem to be a knowledgeable guy in leafs but not the tacoma kind.

    I believe the TSB was for squeaky leafs, someone please correct me if im wrong. Taco lean is due to the battery and gas tank being on the same side of the truck.

    Guys "complain" that their leafs sag is because they add 200-300# in the back of their trucks, canopy and box of tools for example. Throw a dude or two in the back of a stock 3rd gen and the truck will look level or sqatted. 3rd gens dont have the same rake as previous generations.

    FWIW i had a 2007 ford ranger with 165K miles when i sold it (miss that truck dearly) Stock leafs worked just great. I overloaded that little guy multiple times with absolutely zero issues.

    I have upgraded the rear leafs on my taco when I installed a 2" OME lift. Love the look, clearance and added payload in the rear.
