I leave my ball mount locked in the receiver. If they get too close their grill will eat a 2" chrome ball. Yummy, eh?

I got a semi fix for that I pull over and do it to them and too bad my headlights are aimed too high and it seems to go right into the back of their cab on their rear view mirror. Also my break checks are just like a 15 second period where my left foot chills on the brake and my right is still on the gas

I tap the brakes and give them a chance to back off. What I do next depends, but I'll either downshift/coast to slow down, or stab the brake and make the front end of the truck dive. I have no qualms about running my POS hitch step into someones grill and driving off.

^ Listen to me...I need to move.

Had a gal hit my Ford Ranger in the hitch at about 50 MPH while I was waiting for traffic to clear so I could make a left turn.

My truck did a cool 180 and she nearly totaled it because of the frame damage but it barlely left a scratch.

Lesson learned - the hitch is tougher than most cars!

LOL my wife was sitting at a red light in 95 Ramcharger that we towed our boat with. We always left the ball in the receiver so when some idiot rear ended her the ball trashed his radiator. The guy hit her at 60 mph, she drove away he didn't. She heard him tell the cops that it wasn't his fault because he was watching the woman behind him tailgate him. They give any tard a license in NYS. I would hate to imagine what would have happened if she had taken the Tacoma that day.

It worked really well as people would usually get close enough to read it and then ease back. I was always impressed with how effective it was.

Wonder if a guntruck sign would work any better here in the US than it does where arabic is the official language?

My buddy took the cap off of his sprayer for the back window, So when he would spray it shot a stream of window washing fluid about 10 feet back right into the windshield of the tailgater

lift it, it helps, my hitch is the height of most peoples windsheilds so theyd rather miss me, (had someone miss me and take their chances with a concrete barrier) but yet youll always get some tard (parked under the bed of my truck with his lo rider, i backed over the lo rider but i wasnt at fault :p)

I had a smart car ride my ass while I was doing 65-70mph. I was like, what is this fucker doing. Well apparently anything besides a smartcar will blind the shit out of them, so he thought he'd sit inches off my ass with his high beams on. Yeah I know, counter productive, he wasn't blinding shit. I geared down steadily till I was doing like 25-30mph. Fucker was still there. Put the brakes on and he finally went around. His shitty little smartcar diesel dying to pass me angrily.

I waited till he went around then I gunned it right up on his bumper and shot past his ass like he was standing still. Little douche was lucky I didn't wear his ass like a shoe.

A buddy of mine keeps his reciever hitch in, just for tailgaters.... one time he actually brake checked a person, and his hitch went right into the radiator of the idiot and then he took off with his radiator.... lol... that would be great to see!..
I usually just slow way down or tap the brakes, it works sometimes...

A brake check can cost you if it causes a wreck and what if that wreck ends a life. Take you foot off the gas and coast till they go around. With all the poeple that have been shot going down the road, maybe it was because they brake checked someone.

having a tuned car with no cat works well too. I had a friend who shot a long fireball through some ladys grille. She eased up after that.
