    Apparently the x's are a big thing out in hawaii.. lots of the guys on xru are out there in the middle of the ocean.

    That was kind of my mindset for s/c'ing a 4wd. Way more fun to 4wd launch and get after it. Thank you sirrr! Ha and that pretty much sums me up.. ass backwardz:D

    Loved my xr... I remember the xrunner community having issues over at customtacos and thats why xru was started ... that was a nice group of people for the most part... sadly i totalled mine in 2008.. i just got back into a tacoma friday

    Some people just like to hate or pick on other people's choices in life. Maybe because it makes them feelbetter making fun of someone else. Or they only see their choice as being the right one.
    I had a 2002 Chev Xtreme. l liked it. it was fun to drive, and carry lighter stuff. l liked how it looked too.. I didn't buy it after getting other people's approval. Because l didn't ask for it in the first place. Same when l bought my 2010 Mazda B2300. I didn't ask others for their opinions either. I bought it because l liked it. Sane with my 2012 F-150 and now my Tacoma Double Cab 4x4. l buy all my vehicles because l like them, and I'm the one making the payments on them.
    If soneone doesn't like them. I don't care. Because I spend my time on important stuff. Not on what other people think. Hell l don't care what other people drive. For all the same reasons l just mentioned.
    Toyota makes different configurations because people will buy them.
    Good to Toyota, and good for people buying them.
