South Padre Island is 45 mins away from me. The local Toyota/Lexus crowd I hang with usually go and camp there once a month. My Falken Wildpeaks P-rated do a whole lot better in there than the guys with the MTs.

Image, appearances and vanity are very important to some people. So they spend way too much money on stuff that makes no sense, trying to make themselves more attractive or cool or whatever. Mostly this is a bandwagon mentality... "others are doing it and I want to belong to something so I'll do it too." But it's their money, so whatever. :bananadance:

Now we need some with AR15 shaped tread.
...and how about some with skulls, or skull and cross bones.

DC Crusher, not Punisher. But honestly, not THAT terrible all things considered. The treads that look like the ends of the bones in skull & bones is a nice touch.

The Dick Cepeks don’t have the rubber bead bolts like the Dune Grapplers. Huge Fail!

the Cepeks just going to separate from the wheel and get stuck in the sand while I be flying off a dune on my Grapplers

besides, Flame beats Skull in Rock Paper Scissors.

That Armstrong i was refering to was actually good in sand and snow, especially studded.
...seems like i have seen some kind of gun tread now thinking more... my memory sucks, even before booze.

20 years of dust in that pic.
Self critique ...And looking at this pic, seems like alot of lead to balance.
Really like the newer inner rim stick-on style weights.
