Why does every offroad tire/wheel combo that I've ever owned look like a inner-tube?

LT tires also provide a more aggressive look with increased tread depth.

Maybe a stupid question but is it possible to put some slightly wider wheels on the existing tires?

Or do I need to switch the tires also in order to get a more balanced look?

OP-I think you are going to need to confirm the look your after- is it like this style- then what size tire you got now? To get a rim that is wide enough to achieve this look is also bound to have clearance issues- wheel offset and lift are going to be factors.

Yes you can swap the wheels out. You'll want to look at your tires and figure out the tire width and the required wheel diameter.

The same shit everyone else has.
Pro grilles are just as ugly as skateboard wheels

OP, run wider wheels or skinnier tires if you want a more vertical boxy looking sidewall.

You could probably run a 10” wheel on a 265 and it wouldn’t look as silly as the other shit posted. This is a good wheel width/offset/tire size calculator
