    Because while he may be a d-bag and have swayed opinions that differ from pretty much everyone here he is still entitled to his own opinions. And as far as I know being a dick with different opinions is not against forum rules. I realize this may make me very unpopular, but as soon as you start penalizing or "banning" them for voicing their opinions you become no better than the douche with the different opinion in the first place. If you don't like what someone says than ignore it or disagree with them, but as soon as you enter the argument they have as much right to be there and speak (as per forum rules of course) as you do. Why don't we just jail and prosecute ignorant morons who speak out strongly against the government too?
