HAHAHA, ohhh boy. Chris you are not the only one that hates them! I was told by certified mail (mind you the HOA director only lives about 10 houses down the way) that they were filing suit against me on the next offense.. I decided not to mess with them being the HOA director is an attorney!

This was all over having my pickup parked on the street instead of in the driveway.... (the street is only 35 feet wide, gated and no more then 60 homes on the block WTF!!!) Yea, you sensed some sarcasm there...

It's all in my head at the moment...
Next time for the easy of the property inspection, cut two large holes in the fence in which they can place their heads/faces in. On the inside of the fence (your side),paint a cat (less face). So now you have one of those "Disney" picture opportunity thingies. So now in your mind you no longer have HOA people to deal with. You have two large cats that threaten your boat and it's seats covers again.

Action needs to be taken to prevent this from happening again.

    In the words of "Saliva"...."Click,Click,Boom!"

All I hear is bad shit about HOAs. Is there anything good to come from them?

All it is is like rules of the neighborhood right?

    Yep...

Ultimately its all for the better of the neighborhood. Keeps the home values up, or at least attempts to and essentially makes sure your neighbor doesn't put a heap of shit in their front yard for everyone to gaze at. But boy can they be one hell of a THORN IN YOUR ASS.

No suprise that those things are out of Claifornia - the place that gave us spinners and numerous other trashy car mods. Check out the vid at 1.50 - Bubb Rubb drives straight thru a stop sign.

    BUILT, not bought...

NO, HOA's suck donkey ass, and I swore I WILL NEVER LIVE IN AN HOA COMMUNITY.

For the above reason, the HOA's have become their "own wrost enemy".

Despite the well proven fact that HOA's suck here is just another example of the power going to people's heads. My mom lives in an HOA community and found out last night at their quarterly meeting that the lady that has been the treasurer for the last 5 some years was removed from the board for allegedly relieving the HOA of over $30,000 during her time in office. Gotta love society today!

I can only imagine what is being done with the money collected in our HOA. $150 a month in HOA dues, and they are saying we are broke. Im gonna go find my BS flag.
