The Headrests are there for safety reasons (Whiplash from being rear-ended) I'd advise you to put them back in your truck ASAP. You may be the safest driver in the world and trust your driving skills to keep you from getting into an accident. but do you trust that lady over there putting on her make-up at 60 MPH down the freeway? or how about the 17 year old kid out joy riding with his friends? Or the guy talking on his cell phone while shaving and checking his email on the laptop in the passenger seat?

The world is full of retarded drivers and someday one of them might just hit your truck.

I know yall are just having fun with the thread now. But i added these big circle mirrors for my blind spots and i love them. Screwed my neck up years ago in college so turning my head around doesnt work too great. These mirrors really help.

And yes that is Optimus Prime following me.

Your side mirrors, just like about 80% of the population's, are improperly adjusted. http://www.caranddriver.com/features/how-to-adjust-your-mirrors-to-avoid-blind-spots.

I don't know if this has been mentioned already but I would definitely remove those rear headrests. Useless, and your visibility goes up with them gone. Dead weight taking up space.

Lets cut to the chase. Clearly heads are the problem, not the rests.

Just slide the seat forward when no one is sitting in it far enough for you to see. No reason to have it all the way back and tilted backwards when not in use.

You need little round blind spot mirror to put on your outside mirrors. I have a regular cab with a canopy and I can't look over my shoulder. I've had no problems with the blind spot mirrors.
