Why is there no Tacoma-fest USA?!?

That's where I was born and raised! Know pretty much every inch of that place. It rains a lot there though, as you can tell by the "winter" olympics being held all around it right now!

Most things are cheaper in the states, go down there load up on a few thousand $'s of parts.

ya it rains in the winter but summers are pretty hot, have you been back latley? squamish is pretty sad now walmart on the hwy and one of my favorite spots cat lake and brohm ridge are all being developed and ruined so sad

 

I like Arizona. Don't think we would have bad weather.

 

Arizona is a ways out there for some of us east o' mississippi people.

 

Haven't been back there is about 5 years (parents moved out of town) Closest I've been lately is Pemberton on a motorcycle trip last year. Ya Cat lake/brohm ridge was one of my favorite play areas.

 

I suggest Tacoma, Washington as the first place it should be held. Its out of the way for most of you, but think of it this way, you get to drive your truck there...

 

Silly comment. Outside paying your own way to get there (and maybe buying crap/ mods from sponsors)... everything would be assembled by the cash-money through the sponsors.

 

I wouldn't mind trekking out to AZ, or having here in Sin City!!!

 

Well all of us Xrunner guys have x-fest east and west and this year we had texfest, which also included a bunch of taco's not only x's. go check out xr-underground.com

 

CT had a Tacoberfest. I think theres one In Huntington Beach Every Year

 

Thanks for locating that. I forgot it was called Tacoberfest.

The thing is... when Arizona, California and Texas have their local GTGs they carry more in attendance than Tacoberfest. Tacoberfest just needs more push. I've seen photos. Not impressed.

 

Because our vehicles would accelerate uncontrollably right past the gathering.
