why is this site so pro-LEO ?

Took you awhile to finally answer. And did I ever say you were assured that? No, but that is what cops do, they are there as a deterent to these events as well as a resolver for them. Did i say any of those things dont happen? No. Have they ever happened to you? Ive had a vehicle broken into, cops came, cops left, they told us odds were we wouldnt find them, but were helpful in closing the ordeal.

Find me a post anywhere on this forum that shows even a hint of a censor or cover up of "truthful" info about LEOs.

Also what is truthful? Please enlighten me since you apparently have so much experience with them.

Pro-LEO? Because there is a LEO forum it's pro-LEO? There is a lot of very useful and insightful information and opinions in the LEO forum that is pretty neutral. You should read through some of the posts and realize that it is made up of a lot of good, honest law enforcement professionals who discuss everything under the sun, just like you. Some people criticize and others praise, but there doesn't seem to be a slant either way. I recognize that we have some bad apples here and there, but for the most part, 90% of the people I work with in law enforcement give a lot of themselves to the job, and continue to give even off the job. How many times have you volunteered at a homeless shelter on your day off? How many times have you taken a lost soul to an AA meeting on your own time? How many times have you been punched, stabbed or shot trying to help someone that was too drunk, reckless, or stupid to help themselves? People tend to hate cops for getting a speeding ticket...when they WERE actually speeding. People hate us when we save you from yourselves by arresting you when you almost kill someone while driving drunk. But when we pull you from a burning wreck of a car, break up the fight that you were completely helpless to win, or lock up the freaks that troll near your kids school, you say "whatever, that's what my taxes pay you to do." Kinda makes me wonder why it isn't MORE pro-LEO when you really think about it. Be honest with us Sunflower, why do you hate cops?

I'm an Emergency Trauma Nurse....we take care of gang related trauma on a regular basis....The LEO's are there to protect our butts, and we are happy to have them!!!

 

LEO's on here are all chill. Except the ones the ones that try to be cyber LEO's..
