Why not offset control arms instead of CMC?

    If your talking about moving the wheel forward or back inside the well, I don't think it's necessary on our trucks. You only need to worry about that with solid axle vehicles?

    When you go up to 33” tires you typically rub both front and back, so people end up doing CMC, and remolding or removing the front fender liners.

    There’s many CMC videos on YouTube.

    I am thinking pushing the wheels that far forward would just result in a poor alignment, even more stress on the CV joints, weird front CV shaft angles, and wheels not centered in the wheel arches.

    I dunno......your question is a good one.

    Isn't this to help with approach angles by moving the wheels forward? Looks like you need to modify steering and fenders also? I think this is slightly different than what the OP is after?

    I'm fairly certain that this is a lot more than what your looking for. I only know enough to be dangerous. On my JK, you could get adjustable CA's that were all most infinitely adjustable. But that was the nature of a solid axle vehicle. On our truck, the wheels don't move much fore / aft when lifted. And the way that the suspension is designed, it just doesn't lend itself to being adjusted like a solid axle vehicle. .

    You need a good alignment shop, aftermarket UCA, and push the caster forward. But at some point depending on tire size, wheel size, backspacing, etc, you’ll probably still need a CMC. Especially if you wheel the thing.
