Ended up with the Scosche kit and it worked perfectly

Also installed the MicroBypass to over ride the parking brake. Works just as they say with no switch and extremely easy to install.

very nice man, the smooth dash kit looks awesome. I actually changed mine out for one and like it a lot more.
