The trip to kansas rocks looked like a great time! How well could my stock O/R do there? I need to make it out there next time.

We stuck to the beginner stuff and a few intermediate trails, I think you would do fine. I liked it. Not as brutal as Disney, OK and not as much underbrush as Tuttle so less trail pinstripes. I would like to go back and try a few more of harder trails when my new skid shows up.

Yeah agreed Aaron^^^^. A stock OR would do fine and you'd def enjoy it. It boils down to if you encounter something your not comfortable trying, then turn around. I followed a Friend of mine down some trails in a built Jeep when I first got there (before Troy arrived) that I would never have tried, but I trust Brad and he reassured me he wouldn't take me Down anything I couldn't handle. Also he spotted for me on any techy stuff. Met some really great guys along the way too.
Of course with any trails u gotta be willing to accept at least a slight risk of incurring some damage, be it pinstriping or a broken CV.

I go out of my way to avoid anything in town related to the Stevens. All the dealerships, Spangles, Genesis, all of that junk.

Screw 'em, they're two bit thieves.

I have no problem driving to Hutch for help, parts, maintenance, etc.

Oh yeah, the pics from Rocks looks pretty badass. I regret not speaking up to go!!!

I was at Tuttle last year around this exact time and was kind of scared off by the trails that they have, I drove down by the shore and didn't feel comfortable driving any further around, so I rode around with my cousin in his Jeep.

I guess I'm a wuss when it comes to that.

oh don't worry man, I'm a wuss too. Being that the taco is still my daily I take it fairly easy on it.

Hey you don't happen to have a speedway blue double cab do ya? There was one parked next to me at Gander Mtn. this evening. Figured it had to be someone on here.

Nope, I have a silver DC... I live and usually drive around the NW side of Wichita. I ran into a ton of Tacomas about a month ago at Bullseye. Any of you guys?

    BTW.. Merry Christmas!

Yeah, i'm pretty sure I pass you on Ridge occasionally in the AM. I usually pull out of 34th/Ridge and see you around that area.

Speaking of bullseye, second time in one month ... geez guys. First one at bullet stop.

    ^ that's rough, damn

but yeah I have seen a collection of tacomas at the bulletstop as well.

maybe we should have a meet there since it seems to be a natural gathering place for taco owners.

I'm game, and that is not an uncommon occurrence at shooting ranges.

I tend to go to that range when my buddy is in town as he has a few handguns. I have yet to pull the trigger on getting a handgun, no pun intended. those things are pricey and cant seem to find a good deal. May go to the gun show this coming weekend to see what they have.

People are lucky the guy didnt just open fire on people before taking his own life, scary stuff.
