Nothing like icing on the cake when you order bushings from the same people that made the control arms, and nothing fits!!!!!

Just measure how big they should be and see if you can get some made or find the right size from Kartek or dirt king if it takes too long for them to fix their mistake or if they don’t respond. Or if you know someone with a lathe you can get them shortened as long as the rest of the dimensions are correct.

I messaged them on Instagram, and they said on their website that have 2 different listed. One is for lowers and one is for uppers. However they don't mention it on the website????

Are the bolt sizes for 3rd Gen uppers and lowers even the same?

 

Bushings are the same size. Sleeve has a different ID

 

Did you get new inner sleeves?

 

No I did not

Not really outside of the rust belt but considering how rusted the rest of your sh!t is I figured they might have been just as bad.

 

They aren't too bad. I'm gonna slather it the bolts with anti seize.

When disassembling the front end, the cam sleeve became a solid piece of metal, along with the bushing sleeve. That was fun...

 

Are you going to install cam gussets and taco tabs / 333 / Tko tabs and bolts?

 

I have the 333 fab bolts/cam delete, along with cam gussets on the way. Probably won't be installed any time soon though.I just bought a new daily.

Getting my SUA installed in August and the Tacoma is getting some nice cage work done right after... Excited to finally be able to "beat" on my truck, and it being able to handle it.

 

You can use the cam tabs without the gussets rather than getting new oem cam bolt parts and save some money as those things are like $80 a piece.
