The stock exhaust is 2.5" so either 13sc250 or the 18sc250 depending on which sound you prefer (13" or 18"). These are the single in/out.
I ordered mine on Monday at 3:00 and got it on Wednesday! Great customer service! I ordered the dual in 2.5" and single out 3" cuz I am doing the Y-pipe mod. Muffler shop should get it in on Monday or Tuesday.

Finally Friday the exhaust will be done. Took 4 muffler shops to finally get what I want and its out of town. First shop wanted $250 and he was a bit rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to him. So I went to shop #2, they gave me a better price but had to wait to set an appointment. Finally after calling 4 times got the appointment set for 3:00 today. We get there at 2:55 and the guy that was going to do it was picking up a car. Long story short, we left a 4:30 with the truck never even looked at! Shop #3 could not bend 3" pipe and wanted to order a Y-pipe! "But your sign says custom exhaust?" He gave me a dirty look and walked away! So I called shop #4 today and the guy was super friendly and offered to stay open a little late on Friday to squeeze me in! Wow finally some customer service! Too bad I have to drive 45 miles to the next town to get it.
    Rant off!
So Friday or Saturday I'll get the pics and vids of the 2 to 1 Y-pipe bypass I am doing.

Lol damn dude, I got mine done for 45 bills, it freaking sounds sweetwhen you start it up in the mornings huh? That guy that did mine does 4x4 lifts, suspension, bumpers and other kinds if shit, and I was wondering if he could do a relentless style bumper for 300 bucks hmmm. Partially not but I would love to show him the bumper and be like, hey this guy sells then for 300, why can't you???¿

Got it installed today, only $40 and the guy bought my son and I Taco Bell! I helped him install a Magnaflow exhaust system on a Mustang while we were waiting for him to put in our muffler. We did not finish up until 8:00 so all I have so far are a couple crappy pics that I took while we were plumbing the pipes. I'll get some better ones tomorrow along with a vid or two.

Yeah, California has you guys screwed. Tacomas are actually very picky about cats and keeping the CEL off when you put aftermarket converters on tends to be tricky. High flow cats don't have enough surface area to get the job done. Even the previous generation Tacomas, the 2000 ish to 2005 are difficult to deal with on cats too.

So even if your not in California, I would recommend not messing with the cats. I do have converters that will keep the light off, but they will have no performance gains, and minimal sound gains over the stock cats and they are expensive. You basically need the ECO-III serious, and some of them need special order parts (basically an ECO-III series with extra substrate). Its just not worth messing with unless you are already experiencing a converter problem.
