I've noticed a wierd rattling sound on the front left side near the driver door, noticed it goes away/becomes worse when I touch the AC controls
Any idea what it could be?

So it changes when you turn the A/C on or off?

What does it sound like (video clip might help)
Does it sound like rocks in a tin can or more of a mechanical hammering?

Might be the catyletic converter coming apart, do you have a CEL on with a P0430?

You have to post them on a video sharing site like youtube and post the link here.

    Yes

The maintenance required light is just an oil change reminder.

It's the code number for the bank 2 catyletic converter.
I'm not saying that is your problem but they can sound like rocks in a tin can when they come apart.

    Start here:
Go under and check the drivers side cat converter heat shield (pass side has none) and the 1 clamp rusts off and the 2 bolts/washers also can.
You can use new bolts and may need larger washers and a simple large hose clamp or a muffler clamp.
All the underside alum heat shields can also have the screws that hold them up rust and often they drop or vibrate so larger washers fix that usually fender type (small hole larger diameter size).

Basically that's all that came off, no clamp, missing screw and washer and the other one is just too rusted I don't even know how to take it off

If you put a socket on the rusted one chances are it will break off. Then replace both of them with new hardware. You may have to use a slightly smaller socket and tap it onto the nut since it looks pretty far gone.
