The side pieces come off fairly easily. There is also a company that makes replacements that go right over the existing ones too I believe. And there are a couple I have seen that make a sweet aftermarket one as well.

mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
This is probably correct. See below.

That peice can be replaced. I had mine “scraped” by a mower at work, paint missing to the black plastic underneath. Can’t sand and just paint, has to be replaced. Part, paint match, and labor......$500.

I have very similar damage. I parked up against the garage because of the below zero weather (Ohio) and the front tires were resting on a pile of shoveled snow. When I started up my truck and started to put in gear it rolled off the snow about 6-7 inches and into the garage door frame. It broke the fender to bumper cover attachment as well as the upper plastic headlight mounts. The paint and headlight were scuffed pretty badly. I was able to buff the scuffed paint out as well as the headlight and there is very little damage. Laugh if you want but I used good old rubbing compound and my Mothers polishing ball that I clean my aluminum wheels with. I used to work in a detail shop and was not afraid to try that. Its not worth a repaint. It cost me $31 to replace the broken mount and the headlight will be fixed next. Its $500 for a new assembly so I am going to try plastic welding it and see if that works.
I was about sick when it happened. I also could not believe that much damage occurred from just a bump. There is not much behind all that plastic in this area.

I also had the black trim area pop out like yours has. It will pop back in place from behind.

I clicked looking for a poll on whether the wife hit the parking lot.

    Did not find a poll.
