I forgot what this thread was about. Fun though.

Oh yea . . . had to look. I have a SPORT with NO locker, chin spoiler in tact, put full leather heated seats in her, with a
MT. I also have predator tubes. Those tubes are great for tying my shoes in the garage and on/off hikes/cycling when I change my shoes. The FACTORY splash guards are good in case I run through any coffee puddles on the "Bucks" lot.

    :anonymous:ok, I'll admit it...

My 2wd, stock height sport gets me anywhere and everywhere I want to go.

I once had a 4wd, I mainly used it as an excuse to try to get somewhere I shouldn't be- it was fun, but I quickly got tired of the consequences. (I'm taking about vehicle maintenance and repair consequences, not legal consequences, or at least any that I will admit to...)

On the other hand, 95% of the most rewarding trails, fields, and beaches I have traversed could be easily done in 2wd...

    - We don't need a daily thread by yet another new member telling us the truck sucks. Lock the thread and be done with it.
    - We don't need a daily thread asking about where to buy replica Pro grilles. Just buy an OEM one and don't worry about whether the seller is good or bad or the quality of the parts. I'm anti-replica in general, but that's a story for another day (although the fact I want the Depo Pro lights because the OEM units are nearly $2,000 and don't offer any perceivable upgrade makes me a hypocrite and I know this).
    - We don't need a daily (I swear I searched) thread asking if 265/75 fits.
    - All aftermarket exhaust doesn't sound good on a V6 pickup truck, regardless of the maker. It's not a sports car and it's not a small block Chevy. All I hear is a late 90's GM 3.8L with failing exhaust.
    - The trolling by people who don't own the truck should start resulting in bans.

Given that an overwhelming number of 3rd gen owners have come over from the “bro, my civic is so fast” world, they probably don’t.

I can honestly say that I have personal experience showing no less than 4 people how to engage 4Lo in their TRD ORs on one wheeling trip. But they were overland AF and had mad light bars, so they were given the benefit of the doubt.

One specific individual wasn’t even aware his TRD OR had a locker.

This is especially disturbing given there's a little card right on the visor that tells you how to shift to 4LO.

But that would mean the millennial or gen z dick pimples that are driving would be expected to read and comprehend something.

A dirt would be fine. Multiple dirts, that’s iffy.

I was going to reply about hauling a dirt bike and didn’t. Trifold covers are nice but would be a huge pain if you actually haul with the truck.
