How do the wildpeaks do in terms of noise and mpg changes compared to stock tires?

I don't have any experience with wildpeaks, but I have 285/75/16 grabber atx on mine and really like them. In the past I have run BFG religiously but decided to try something new based on price point and needing 5. I am sure you cannot go wrong with either.

I had the SL wildpeaks and now have the E rated ones. The SL wildpeaks wear like poop and the tread really isn’t deep enough to be worthwhile in the snow. I liked them better in the rain when cold out than the E rated since they gripped a bit better. Now that these E rated have a few thousand miles 5k or so they are far better than the SL were in pretty much all conditions. Especially in mud and snow. I’m in New England and they have been phenomenal so far. The SL had a third of the tread life gone at 8-9k miles. They are like driving on a snow tire year round, super soft compound. I would def buy the E rated wildpeaks again. Ride difference is negligible between the two.

I had the AT2s and am running the X3s. I've been really pleased with the performance and longevity of General Tires. The AT2s were really a great tire and lasted 60K miles. I wanted more control in the mud at my deer camp hence the X3s otherwise I would have gone ATX.
