My favorite WB character since I can remember. Love his gadgets and his ability to bounce back from failure to try again.

Nice build man! How are the LED headlights holding up. Could you post a shot of them low/high against a wall to show any scatter and beam pattern. Looking at the same for my '11

They are holding up great so far. Although I have to warn you that RearViewMirror PMed me and told me he bought a pair. One of them flickered and died in the first day.

There is a bit of scatter but I'm not sure it's from the LEDs or the DEPO aftermarket headlight enclosures. I'll take some shots for you.

I reduced the exposure greatly so you may see the patterns.

UPDATE on the Icon Stage 6 Suspension:

It appears I have been given front coil-overs equipped with 650# coils vs the 700# coils that I ordered. After everything settled over the last couple weeks and with all the added weight from my winch and armor, my truck barely stands 1.5" taller than stock in the front. This is with 1 1/4" of threads showing above the coil-over's coil adjustment ring. New coil-overs with the proper 700# coils will hopefully arrive tomorrow from Icon. The plan is to swap them out on Saturday.

The 650#(left) and 700#(right) icon coils side by side:

The icon model number for the 650# coil is 158504
The Icon model number for the 700# coil is 158508

    My coil-over:

Oh well, at least I can post exact lift measurements of both the 650# and 700# coils while under an estimated 230lbs of extra weight a winch and trail armor.

Man I just have no luck with LED's. :(

I had them installed for 30 mins and the passenger side just flickered out. Just sent them back yesterday for a refund. Sucks because I really want them.

My next project. Although I think the 650# will work fine for me with a aluminum bumper. Looking forward to the pics :)

My bumper is aluminum. Weights about 60-70 lbs. But add the 80# winch, 22# skid plate and half of the weight of my steel rock sliders (about half of 140#) and I'm up to about 240 lbs. Icon recommends you go to the 700# springs for anything over 200lbs of additional weight up front.

I got about 1.25 to 1.5 inches in front and 2.25" in the rear.

Still waiting for the new coilovers with 700# rated springs but here are the measurements with the 650# rated springs at factory settings:

NOTE: I have an additional 240lbs of weight in the front. Thus the reason why I ordered the 700# instead 650# springs in the first place.

Ground clearance before lift and tires:
8 5/8" at the Allpro ifs skid plate
9 9/16" at the rear diff

Ground clearance after lift and tires:
10 7/8" at the skid plate (1" credited to the change to 255/85/16)
10 9/16" at the rear diff (1" credited to the change to 255/85/16)

Fender height before lift and tires:

    Front driverside - 34 3/16"
    Front pass side - 34 3/8"
    Rear driverside - 37 3/16"
    Rear pass side - 37 1/4"

Fender height after lift and tires (1" credited to the change to 255/85/16):

    Front driverside - 36 11/16"
    Front pass side - 36 15/16"
    Rear driverside - 39 7/8"
    Rear pass side - 40 1/16"

Distance between top of rear axle and the frame's bump stop contact plate:

    Before lift:
    Driverside - 8 1/2"
    Pass side - 8 7/16"

    After lift:
    Driverside - 10 11/16"
    Pass side - 10 9/16"

Since I have tipped them down a bit, I very rarely get beamed, and that usually when I'm running my fogs as well. Might buy OEM headlight housings online to limit the scatter.

Longevity wise, I haven't had a single issue. No flicker or drop outs.
