will 03 stock leafs with a toytec AAL fit on a 97 taco?

    im going to buy stock leafs with a AAL from a buddy and installing them mine are frowning. i was wondering if there was any change between the 03 and the 97. thanks!

    also will bilstein 5125s work too? thanks!

    I don't think they will fit as-is, I think up to 97 the rear's are shorter than 98-2004's. Could be wrong, maybe it's the 96's that changed?
    EDIT: I take that back, maybe it was 95 that changed, if so the 97's should work for you.

    hmm.... does anyone else know a for sure on this so i dont buy them and try to put them on and get pissed? lol

    95-97 are 51", 98-04 are 55" inches so I'm told.

    I bought stock leaf's mfg by a company called Dorman. They were a lot less expensive than anything else I found for my truck.

    Amazon has it for $108 shipped, only one left though.. There is another company selling them for $125... so there are two. If yours is 4wd you would need the 929-400 I believe.
