i bought some 2004 4runner wheels for my 2005 sequoia. My sequoia came with aftermarket 20" wheels that i like but it makes ride bumpy.

So i picked these wheels up and i mounted on sequoia, without tires, since i have yet to buy, and they fit since its same bolt pattern.

I was looking at offset info and i think i read that sequoia is 16mm offset and the 4runner wheels i bought are 30mm offset.

im going to be putting 265/70/16 tires. sequoia originally comes with 265/65/17.

Do you guys think i will have a problem with rubbing?

They both have the same bolt pattern and are listed as "medium offset" so you should be alright. You'll want to confirm the offsets or backspacings to be sure.

What is the width of each rim? That way we can compare how much each will stick out.

i measured the runner wheels and they are 16x7 30mm offset. i dont have oem sequoia wheels but i think i read they're 16x7.5 16mm offset.

Alright that gives the 4-runner wheels 5.25" backspacing and the sequoias approve 5" BS. So the sequoia wheels will sit 0.25" further from uca on the inner edge, and sit out 0.75" further at the outside edge.

so do you think 265/75/16 or 265/70/16 will rub on turns? im keeping same width on tires but want to go up one/two sizes.

ive read on toyotanation that guys go up to 265/70/17 which is a 31.61" tire with oem with of 10.43.

if i go up to 265/75/16 its a 31.65" tire with oem with of 10.43 as well.
