I also want to run 33x12.50s! I think they will rub and I don’t mind trimming but I wanna know how much lol. Anyone with same setup?

285s can barely get by without rubbing, I don't think you'll be as fortunate with a 12.5

Bigger lift is required with that offset and wheel width. Chop that cross member :sawzall:

Why would I chop cross member? You mean cab mount?

To do any lift bigger than 3 inches on these trucks you have to cut the stock cross member out and weld in a new aftermarket one

I think he is saying 6"+ drop bracket lift is what you'll need.

Edit: also those are big wheels and tires you want to run!

I’m only goin 3 in front and 2 in back. I don’t mind trimming or cutting a bit but I want a good stance and bigger tires

Define a bit. From what I've read, you will be chopping fenders to get that to fit with no rubbing. Personally, I'm going the pizza cutter route with 255/85R16s when I need new tires, I don't want to have to hack it at all.

Go with 285s, they'll look good and still perform well without cutting

And by a bit I mean I will cut and chop lol I’m a fabricator so cab mounts not a huge deal, but I’d rather just hack the plastic up if possible!

Well mesojdm has 315/70R16s so closer to 35x12.5 and had to chop the fenders up but I don't think 3/4 to 1 inch will prevent that. Idk what he has for a lift but maybe @mesojdm can chime in to let you know what you might be in for.
