    The subject says it all.

2013 TRD Sport. I have four leafs in back, and a 1" leveling kit in front.

    Wondering if 35's will clear....

Not without cutting, pounding, and glass front and rear. I would highly suggest not to do this. 33's/ 285's will even require a cab mount chop, pounding the pinch weld back, and possibly even cutting/ clearancing your fenders.

What if I put wheels on the stands????????

    Haha...

So the biggest I can get away with is 265/70-17 or 255/75-17?

I kinda figured they wouldn't fit.

I'll just get some 255/75-17 Trail Grapplers and be done with it.

    Thanks guys!!

You're still going to need to trim the fenders and if you wheel you'll end up probably doing the cmc and pounding your pinch welds back...

    You think?

Right now I have 265/70-17 Cooper STT's with no lift, and they clear just fine.

The only reason I was considering 255/75-17 is because that tire is only available in Load Range C in that size, but not in 265/70-17.

Lots of debate in that thread on how to make 34's fit. I'm not going to bother.. I'll go 33 max I think.

Yep 255/75/17 is like 32.5 inches tall. You start flexing with those and you will rub on something.

255/75/17 is 32" and essentially the same height as 265/70/17

That's not true. I ran 285's for 2 yrs with only a spacer in the front . I also still kept the mud flaps on and did some hard wheeling . So no mount chop needed. :)

255/75-17 is slightly taller, but definitely narrower.

If I don't rub now without a lift, why would I rub with a slightly taller and narrower tire with a lift?

Some guys rub with 265/75/16's with no lift and flexing... I'm just trying to warn you that IF you start flexing with a 255/75/17 with no lift or even a 1 inch lift you will rub the fenders and *maybe* the cab mounts and pinch welds.

I ran 285 duratracs in 2.25 inches of lift and and just had to trim my flares. When I went up to 33/12.5's I had to trim more fender and cut and beat my pinch welds. I rub slightly on my cab mounts and have plans to cut those in the future as well.

Are you talking about severe flexing under off road conditions?
