Will 97 xcab topper fit reg cab?

    I have heard yes and no, but the person who said no was because the back of the xcab curves in at the top, and the reg cab does not. I found one an hour away from me that was on a xcab, and the seller said it would fit. The ad picture shows a notch for the brake light in the topper.

    Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
    If it's specifically for a ext cab it will not fit because of the curve of the back of the extra cab. It leans slightly forward, the reg cab back wall is vertical.
