Will a 235 tire fit on an 8" rim?

    Really interested in Kelley Safari TSR's - this is the website:

    If I don't buy Cragar steelies in a 15x7 (which will pretty much mean using spacers), then I'll probably go with a ProComp 8069, but it's a 15x8.

    If I wanted 235's, would this be stretching it a bit far to put them on 15x8's?

    According to the link you posted, the 235/75/15's are only approved for rims 6-7" in width.
