Funny, I didn’t buy my Taco for it’s resale value. I bought it because they are the best truck I could find in the mid-size category that I could get with 4wd and an MT. For real complaints I suggest you visit the GMC Canyon/Colorado forums

Just bought a 2021 and it's at the dealer right now. Was idling rough and when I drove it the check engine light went on and I stopped and had it towed. They are saying it was bad gas, still have not got it back yet ( been there 6 days). I wonder if it's the fuel pump, as getting bad gas from my first fill-up at a very busy gas station doesn't sound right.

Yup a little under 200,000 2019 were recalled, that’s a fact. Nowhere have I seen that owners were making payments, on a vehicle that they could not drive for 9 months.

They are all making payments on them if they are financed. And my brother is driving a 2020 Subaru outback Onyx that has no recall but the chance of his trans going out is very likely. According to the Subaru service department. Guess he should have kept his 09 Tacoma and 17 WRX. You remind me of Ben Stiller in "Along came Polly"

Wow - so you know a guy, who knows a guy, that may or may not know of a possible issue with an Onyx. Well I can’t argue with that - you win.

Me thinks someone has a case of buyers remorse. Maybe you should sell your Taco to Carvana before they realize what lemons these trucks really are

Just got mine done today; 2-1/2 Hours. Climbed under the truck and inspected the work. The only evidence was clean places on the dirt splattered tank.

    Hey, Skip!

    How's it hanging today?

We got another batch of weak-kneed Taco owners here, again.

Getting ready to move to southern Utah....finishing land acquisition this afternoon.

I think it’s cute when a disgruntled owner posts that he’s so pissed at Toyota for a bad lpfp recall that he wishes he stayed with his previous manufacturer...who is not only facing the same issue, but is additionally the subject of lawsuits in two countries saying that they haven’t expanded the recall back enough years.

You literally cannot make this shit up.

How you doing Tony? All good on your end?

Go TW! We can't expect anything less.

Congrats on the move! It sounds like your gonna get some place to spread out?

Life got a bit complex here. I think it is some hot air until I hear otherwise. Basically, the boss is grasping at straws to move a project forward. It's one of those situations where a critical move that was known, if made months earlier, would have saved months of getting nowhere.

I think we had three recalls, one for airbags, on our 2004 Accord, yet it was the most reliable car we ever owned. Still have it, still runs great. I’m expecting the same reliability out of my Tacoma, just got back from a 600 mile round trip last weekend, love this POS truck. :D
    Are we done yet?
