I've got a 2023 tacoma off road 3.5l v6 double cab w 6ft bed.. As I understand it, anything over 3.5in requires frame cutting and some other parts to insure my cv's don't blow out after 500 miles... My question is, can I install this kit(see link below) without making alterations? Being that it comes w fitted uppers? Also- if this isnt going to work, does anybody have any recommendations for a way I can get my truck a few more inches off the ground without making cuts? Just a standard leveling kit maybe? Thanks

Yup, that's correct. The suspension lift kit you linked to does provide 3 inches of lift in the front and 2 inches of lift in the rear, so you wouldn't need to make any alterations to install it.

If you want to get your truck a few more inches off the ground without making cuts, you could consider ToyTec Boss Lift Kit, Eibach Pro Comp Lift Kit, or also Bilstein 5100 Shocks.
