I have 2" of lift, 265/70/17 fallen wildpeaks on TRD sema wheels(4 runner pro) which are 17x7 +4mm I believe.

I'm looking at buying JBA uppers but I'm reading conflicting information on if it will rub.

Also, if it will clear these tires, what are the biggest I can run?

You will be fine. Shouldn't be any rubbing at all.

I have that exact setup, but ko2's. No rub at all on the uca. Had to melt and shape a bit of the stock mud flaps d/t rub while turning and hitting bumps.
