I took a whole a lot of time. But I work with some of the best installers in the industries

How does that 8w7 sound... I'm really liking that idea better than 2 13tw5's

Well I have 2 behind the seat of a 2013dc and I love the way they sound. Not a louder and clear tacoma in colorado. They will fit you have to side fire them and if you want it ported it's a lot more work. If you have the time and patience go for it it is worth it.

I had a 12 w7 on my seat of my 2012 and now I have a 2014 and when I saw this thread my mouth dropped. There isn't a clearer better subwoofer line out there in my opinion. Pricey but worth every penny. So you have 2 8w7s firing sideways out toward the doors and it's ported so it sounds way better then sealed. And did you achieve the inside air space requirements?

Let me see if I can find the build pics. It's not easy but can be done. I go into work at 1 so will ask my installer when I get there

I have a friend of my dad's who does this for a living. If you can get me the build spec's that would be amazing. Greatly appreciated. It wouldn't make the process a lot quicker that's for sure.

Zack, I read your original thread and I can tell you that if you are looking for volume and sound quality, the TW5 subs are your better option based on the space you're dealing with. Don't let the fact that you'd be "stuck" doing a sealed enclosure with two of those bring you down, either. JL does a great job of engineering their sub woofers and the TW5's are meant to be in a sealed enclosure. I'd be willing to bet that they will be just as loud as your previous 12w7 setup, and will have a better all-around response.

Id go with the new sundown's with your budget,
If you have a lower budget id recommend 2 shok triton 10s or 2 triton 8s ported
