Hi Y'all. Well I decide to trade my 16 TRD or manual Taco in. I needed something that would not struggle pulling my camper and had more room for my growing daughters. Stayed Toyota of course and went with a 1794 edition. Figured might as well go unique and build from there. Wouldn't have minded a pro either but I always modify everything anyway. Aiming for Icon, wheels and tires, the eventually all the other shit as time passes. Going to miss the Tacomas Offroad ability, thing was a beast.

unless your camper weighs more than the space shuttle you should be good to go.

Damn that’s nice! Makes me miss my 2001 Tundra SR5 4x4. That 4.7L V8 was a beast! Heck, it only had 112000 miles on it! But, i traded it in for my wife’s 2015 Dodge charger R/T(new) cause the 2015 Dodge Dart wasn’t cuttin it. So I drove the Dart till 3 months ago and traded for the Tacoma. Now I feel like a man again ... lol

1794 Edition? Does the horn play “yankee doodle”???

Haha nice! I've always liked Tundras and Tacomas. Before I bought the Tacoma I was looking at Tundras but saw the new 3rd gems and decided to order. At the time I did not have a camper and my girls we little. Now they are getting big, have a camper and a dirt bike. I just out grew the dang Tacoma:(

No yankee doodle. 1794 is the year the ranch that Toyota built their plant on was established;)

Toyota’s have been in the family since I can remember. That Tundra I had was my dads and he bought it new but it sat most of the time. Decided to give it to me cause me and the wife in 2009 were laid off from our jobs and needed another car to get around to find jobs and etc. We have 3 kids and two of them are adults now and have cars of their own. Our latest addition is 9 so basically it’s the 3 of us. If we all need to go somewhere, we either take 2 cars or take the charger.

To be honest ... I tooled with the salesman about getting a Tundra but with no money down, 5000 upside down in the Dart, I was looking at being a statistic for domestic violence. All in all, I got the Tacoma with no down and they paid off the Dart with 0 added on to the loan. Basically started clean! I couldn’t argue!
