Will my 2021 Polaris Sportsman 450 fit in the bed of a 2007 Taco

Hi, I am new here so please be nice if I am posting in the wrong place for my question. I am buying a 2007 Taco tomorrow. I have a 2021 Polaris Sportsman 450. Can it fit in the 5ft bed?

 

I think yes, but the front tires would be on top of the wheel wells and you'd have to keep the tailgate down.

 

Thanks! I have to research the tailgate part. I am wondering if it's too heavy. I need to measure also.

I would be more concerned about bending the tailgate loading it into the bed, because eventually it will bend.

 

Have carried loads of 12 ft lumber, extended wb ATVs, ATVs loaded with 500 lbs of wild game, snowmobiles, etc. for the last ten years. No bends yet!
