Will my Taco sit level?

For context, I have a 2014 v6 Double cab Tacoma with 5100s on all 4 corners, stock coils on top clip, with 1 inch blocks. Rides like crap, lol.

I’m planning to swap the coils for OME 887s, put the clips at the bottom, and get UCA’s. I just want to make sure it’ll sit level and not nose high. The plan is to eventually get new leaf packs for 1.5-2 inches in the rear for a little bit of rake, but I’d like to save that for later if possible, or go AAL.

    Thanks!

You are probably around 1.75" in the front now. The 887's on the bottom clip should give you close to the same lift. So likely no different from what it looks like now.

Are you replacing the coils and UCA's in hopes that it rides better?

Yeah, the ride is one reason. And for a better alignment, which is the main reason.

Changing only the coils won't do much for ride quality unfortunately. On these trucks the ride is mostly dictated by the rear end. 2 things make a huge difference in that regard, better leafs and replacing the factory shackle hangers (look up Hammer Hangers).

UCAs only affect caster angle (unless you buy the expensive adjustable ones). So unless you are really low on that for some reason (usually fine unless you are above 2" of lift) and getting bad bump steer, new UCA's likely won't do much either. I would put that money into better leafs. Deaver and Archive are the 2 best options. Icon RXT are a decent mid-range option. Stay away from OME and all the cheap ones like Rough Country and Ironman. On a 2014, chances are your factory leafs are too far gone for an AAL to help much. Plus AALs just add more spring rate and make the ride stiffer.
