Will someone help me figure out what I have

So I recently bought a 2022 tacoma and I'm in love but I need some help. It has some kind of small lift, 285/70/r17 bfg ko2, diamond back bed cover, Amp research auto running boards, but I have no idea how the lift was done or if it was done right or if there is anything I need to do to it very soon to make it right I hope not but this is the first truck I've had that wasn't stock, the tires only rub the mudflaps a little so does it have after market swing arms? How do i tell? Its not rubbing them that i can tell.it hasn't worn the flap or torn it off but it does slightly make contact when i trun sharp and hit a bump. been driving it for about a month and that's all I can tell.. I appreciate the help so thanks in advance.. I'm thinking the suspension is stock by the color of the shocks but I honestly don't know.. I just know what the kbb fare traid price is what I paid and that it's hardly used to be 2.5 years old I just rolled 13k last week. The oil is clean and so is the carfax 1 owner and was bought locally and traded back to the same dealership the first of july.. it does have the actuator on front diff problem that comes and goes. I took it to the dealership 2 weeks ago they said they fixed it because it was "just bound into position from lack of use". But it happened again Sunday and I took it back they looked at it for a little while but it was close to closing so I have to take it back Monday thankfully still under warranty for 4 or 5 more months.
