I recently ordered the tacoma 16" alloy wheels, will the lugnuts & center cap that came with my 16" steel wheels fit on the alloys.

    I have a 2014 Regular cab 4x4.

Or do I need 12x1.5 13/16" Hex Mag nuts?

No. The steel wheel lugs will not fit the Alloy Wheels correctly.

If I remember correctly, the alloy lug nuts have a special lip or something on them. I may be completely wrong on this though.

Most of the alloy lug nuts have a stepped shank to them so the stock type lug nuts will not work with the alloy wheels (though you can use the stock alloy lugs to hold your spare tire on when you have a flat).
