    25W each? Sure...if they aren't rotted already.

    100W each? Probably not.

Ok. Thanks Rob for your feedback. Idk if Toyota has 25w or 100w factory installed door speakers? Guess I'll do some more research.

I'm in the middle of moving and will pull one out of a box here before too long. Pretty sure the power rating is stamped on the back. I can tell you with a good degree of certainty they won't handle much more than head unit power though. That's to say I wouldn't feed a single driver more than 25W and expect it to last more than a few minutes. It's a basic, low travel, high efficiency driver.

Yeah if the cone on your ‘04 speaker is still in one piece, feeding it 25w RMS will change that pretty quickly. The foam surround will turn to dust pretty quickly from what I’ve seen.

Once you get new speakers, hook up your amp to your old speakers and see how much they can handle before they start smoking or seize up :D

Thanks guys. I have a pair of Sony 1000 watt subs in a box behind seat, amp is 600 watts. I don't need more bass, it is overpowering the music, so I have another amp for mids and highs, but I will just wait to hook it up until I get new door speakers. I will try that experiment destin, good idea. Thanks again Rob, saved me from doing some research.
