    There's a lot of great tutorials here and a lot of YouTube videos, but I can't find one where someone does NOT say:

    - You're doing it wrong
    - You forgot a critical step

    The DIRECT questions I have are:

    1. After you get into temp check mode, do you pull the wire from the OBD? Someone said that puts the engine in the correct idle speed control mode.

    2. Do you check the fluid in park or in drive with the e-brake on? Doing it in drive with the e-brake on seems sketchy to me.

    I have a 2010 4WD if that matters.
