The ride on my ‘19 Pro is plush and comfortable. Similar to a 2nd generation Ford Raptor that I drove.

Nice truck. You said you installed the 2019 PRO suspension (shocks) on it. I did the same on my 2016 OFF Road with the 2015 PRO suspension. Fit like a glove... but Im ready to replace and want to install the 2019 FOX shocks, just as you have done. I never swapped out leaf springs or added spacers to them. Shocks only. I also have some weight on the back like you do and I find that my rear sits measurably lower. Are you experiencing the same or did you swap leaf springs or add spacer?

    Thx.

Other than the pretty red paint, I don't understand why anyone would pay the outrageous Toyota price instead of getting aftermarket Fox shocks. You are paying a lot more for an inferior product.

Explain to me how it is a inferior product? Due to cost?

Cost and standards. When the manufacturer solicits product from a vendor, they provide them to meet their standard and nothing more. Much like the TRD Bilsteins are not the quality of the 5100s which are available at a lower price. You would be foolish to spend the money buying the OE Bilsteins from your local Toyota parts department when you could get 5100s for a fraction of the price aftermarket.

Nice. You lucked out snagging this suspension kit. I tried like hell today to buy the 2019 PRO kit and Toyota now requires you to have a vin# for the PRO in order to order the PRO suspension kit. Where did you find your kit?

How much did they quote you for the Pro kit? Where did you try to order it from?

I tried online at a few Toyota dealerships and my local dealer here in Utah and they would not even give me a price. New TOYOTA policy to only sell suspension to PRO owners. I was told that they did this because too many non PRO owners were ordering the suspension kits and instead of buying the PRO's.

I disagree. It's actually the opposite. When manufacturer orders a product their QA requirements are much stricter. They need that product to last. Even by looking at the TRD Foxes you can already tell it's a high quality product, can't say that about the aftermarket Foxes that I've seen, IMO.

This is true. Toyota is clamping down their TRD line.
