I had a feeling they were early 2nd Gen seats. I have a friend with a 2005 and it had that flat table on the back of it.

Well at least you have a fold flat passenger seat! I wish I had that in mine.

Initially I tried to just drop the seats in and adjust the feet (bending) and make it a quick job but after observing the end result I realized there was no way in heck I could accomplish that. So I ordered the brackets and once they arrived I noticed the original seat brackets would not work, removal was kind of tough and I had to use an air chisel to separate the original brackets from the seat. Once removed I placed the seats on the brackets and bolted them in utilizing regular bolts. The seats would only adjust fore/aft so many inches due to clearance issues with the bracket bolts. I instead used button head allen bolts to secure the seats to the brackets, clearance was not an issue afterwords. Really the only drilling I had to do was the aft/inboard hole, the rest of the mounting bolts to the cab aligned perfectly. I hope that somewhat clarifies how I did my seats.

How is the seat height compared to stock?

Really high, I am 5'10" and I sometimes slam my head on the door jamb getting in. My wife loves it tho, she is 5' 4". Once you get over the side bolster you sink on in, pretty comfy. Done 12 Hr round trips to Denver and back on the same day with no caboose issues.
