Will these fit on a stock 1st gen tacoma?

Just found some for sale for $600 for 5 of them, 1 never used the other 4 have less than 5,000 miles on them. Thought this is probably a good deal & upgrade from my street grade tires. Thanks for any help

Do you have 17 inch wheels on the truck?

Are you wanting to buy new wheels? That $600 good deal gets less appealing when you start rim shopping for 17's. Also, (my unsolicited opinion) 16'' rims gives you more sidewall which is preferable for any off-roading you may do.

But to answer your question, Yes they will likely fit a stock first gen, but that 32'' height is pretty much the maximum you would want to do. Also since you'd have to buy new rims, you'd want to be sure to buy some with the correct backspacing. Ones that will push the tire slightly outboard would help ensure that the tires won't rub at full lock.

Again my unsolicited opinion, but try looking at some 31x10.5R16's, they will give you a nice off-roady look with plenty of clearance. You also have to think about your gearing, a 31'' tire will be easier for your truck to accelerate with as opposed to a 32.

32's will likely rub, unless the wheels you end up with have a larger backspace than stock wheels. I have BFG 265/75r16 KO's, which is also a 32" (technically a 31.9"). With stock suspension, and stock 16" alloy wheels, they rubbed the frame at/near full lock in parking lots.

Even using 5100 bilsteins to lift it (middle clip setting) they still rubbed, but not quite as much.

But even if you lifted more than that, it will STILL rub, just not at ride height. The minute you articulate the suspension and turn the wheels, it'll rub again.

Is it a deal breaker? No, it was totally driveable, and I only noticed when moving into tight parking spaces. Even off road I didn't notice the rubbing very much.

In this pic you can see the two areas where it rubbed: the more rusty portion was stock height, and the shiny spot is at 1" lift with the 5100s.

The setup I have currently, it has not rubbed at all, but that is more due to my upper control arms, not the coilovers having more lift than before.
