The bolt pattern is correct. Just check the backspacing on it. I bought some american racing rims That I put on my first tacoma and they rubbed the brake calipers real bad. Not sure what the backspacing was on those. Been like 10 years. I’d do some thread surfing just to check the backspacing.

Can't speak to anything fitment wise. You can run lug centric wheels with acorn lug nuts.

I had a backspacing issue with some similar looking wheels that rubbed the caliper. I had to get spacers. Not sure about these.

If you get the wheels, roll them across a smooth garage floor to see if they will roll straight without wobbling. Some of the metal wheels from China are "out of round" and really cannot be balanced.

Your offset is -12mm and I believe you might have to run wheel spacers. Some calipers are diffrent in years on the first gen. On a 2003 4x4, the caliper interferes with a 15x8 pro comp wheel -19mm offset. If your truck is 5 lug it might work but not too sure. You can buy hub centric rings 108mm to a 106.1 for the 1st gen. $.02
